A sub-committee of the Library's Team Advisory Group presented their vision/initiative regarding small book exchanges on town property. Their mission is to provide all members of the community equal access to literature.

Believe Leadership Club members, Trinity Allen and Victoria Swanson along with Teen Advisory Group (TAG) member Abigail Todd; accompanied by Tanis Gadsden (staff facilitator for TAG) provided the board with a plan to create and maintain a small Lending Library on Town property. The group was requesting support from the board in moving forward with the initiative, financially for building materials (wood, paint, and plexiglass) as well as assistance to raise awareness of the initiative.
