Orangeville Police Service Arbitration
 

David Nairn, Theatre Orangeville provided a pre-recorded version of the National Anthem, which was played. 

The Mayor acknowledged the traditional territory of the Anishinaabe people including the Ojibway, Potawatomi and Odawa of the Three Fires Confederacy.

Mayor Brown advised the gallery and viewing audience with respect to the public nature of Council Meetings and that it is webcast.

    And that Orangeville Police Service Arbitration regarding litigation or potential litigation, including matters before administrative tribunals, affecting the municipality or local board and advice that is subject to solicitor-client privilege, including communications necessary for that purpose, labour relations or employee negotiations, be received;

    And that staff proceed as directed;

    And that the minutes of the following meetings be approved:

Mayor Brown announced the unveiling earlier in the day of the Orangeville Community Art Mosaic.

Charles Harnick, ADR Chambers, Integrity Commissioner provided information to Council on the function and role of the Integrity Commissioner. Mr. Harnick also provided training with respect to the Code of Conduct and answered questions from Council.
