In the matter of an application by Devon Nauss for a minor variance to Zoning By-law 22-90, as amended, on property described as Part of Lot 8, Block 8, Plan 138, municipally known as 234 Broadway, in the Town of Orangeville, in the County of Dufferin, under the provisions of Section 45 of the Planning Act, R.S.O. 1990, c. P.13, as amended. The subject property is zoned “Central Business District (CBD) Zone, S.P. 24.148”.

Explanatory Note: The applicant is requesting a minor variance to permit a dwelling unit in the basement. The Central Business District Zone only permits dwelling units on upper floors.
