The Committee discussed the new 2022 Calendar. It was pointed out that July needs the style of house (Four-Square) included. It was suggested that for January 2023 the description of house style "Suburban" be added.

Gary Sarazin suggested that copies of the calendar are taken to each of the participants when available.

Councillor Sherwood asked if the font and text sizing could be made larger. Communications will verify the accessibility of the font. The text in the left column will be removed.

There was a request from a resident to have the entirety of York Street designated as heritage. The public is advised that such requests can be brought forward in a delegation to Council.

Councillor Sherwood advised the Committee on the resignation of Mike Beattie. A new BIA appointee to Heritage Orangeville will take place early in the new year due to staffing constraints.

The quote for a thirty-minute video tour of the Footsteps of our Past booklet was determined to be over budget. Other quotes will be sought out and the Committee will decide how to move forward with this objective at a later date.

    That the Committee approve the concept for the Heritage Banners for Heritage Week with the following details:

    - "Broadway Grows" Banner: draft photos approved.

    - "Broadway Advances" Banner: Draft photos one and two approved.

    - "Broadway Life" Banner (new concept): Photo of cadet from "Evolves" approved. The secondary image to be of a bustling Broadway, depicting carriages, cars, and pedestrians.
