The meeting was called to order at 

  • Recommendations:

    That the minutes of the following meeting are approved: 

Presentation by Kylie-Anne Grube, Climate Engagement Specialist and Sara Wicks, Manager of Energy and Climate from Dufferin County to discuss Climate Action in Dufferin and a Bike Month initiative for June.

Judging to occur July 12-14, 2022 with judges arriving July 12, 2022, evaluation day July 13, 2022 and judges departure July 14, 2022.

Invoice received from Branching Out for the materials for the bat boxes.

  • Recommendations:

    That the Sustainable Orangeville Committee will pay the invoice received from Branching Out Support Services Inc. in the amount of $181.62 for the materials to construct bat boxes.

Letter received from Austin Lethbridge with respect to any programs or initiatives that Starbucks can assist with.

Email received from Jordan Phelps regarding renewal
