Therefore, council recommends that the Town of Orangeville implement a local Bylaw to allow Bylaw enforcement staff to enforce the wearing of masks locally. It is further recommended that town staff work with Dr Mercer and staff at our local Medical Health Office to craft a bylaw that enforces the rules of wearing a mask in public places.
